Viewing Software
Navigate to Assets → Software to see all tracked software.
Software List
The list displays:
- Software name
- Publisher
- License type
- Client
- Seats/quantity
- Expiration date
Adding Software
- Click + Add Software
- Enter software details:
- Name - Software title
- Publisher - Vendor (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.)
- Version - Current version
- Client - Owner of the license
- License Type - Perpetual, Subscription, etc.
- License Key - Serial or product key
- Seats - Number of licenses
- Purchase Date - When acquired
- Expiration Date - When it expires (if subscription)
- Optional information:
- Cost
- Vendor contact
- Notes
- Click Save
